An In-Depth Look into Framing Problems (recording from group mentorship session)
Learn how to frame problems, define opportunities, and write good testable statements.
Hello, Ambitious Designers!
I just wanted to share the link for the recording of this week’s group mentorship session. We had an in-depth collaborative workshop on converting generic design prompts into real high-value business problems, derive opportunities (HMWs), and create good hypotheses that inform specific design experiments.
You can find the recording link (uploaded to Youtube) here and the Figma file for reference here.
The last 20-30 minutes of the session was open Q&A. We discussed many topics such as imposter syndrome, product thinking resources, introducing new processes into teams, and working with PMs.
If you ever want an in-depth mentorship session with me for technical skill-building, career planning, interview practice, and salary negotiation, you can book some time with me with the link below.
Read some testimonials for people who have booked with me in the past here. I’ve been able to help hundreds of designers land their first job, get promotions, and negotiate much higher compensation packages (+10k minimum, but I’ve negotiated up to +50k before as well.)
